Our energetic patterns reflect the interior landscape of our ego, and are connected to our soul’s lesson plan for this life. They are a map, pointing the way toward the freedom and presence of the true Self.

The energy patterns of the personality are created in childhood to protect us from overwhelming experiences and situations that cause distress.

But while these patterns are meant to protect us – and often do when we are in real danger – they also distance us from a direct experience of life, and from the graceful flow of life force energy through the body.

Growing and maturing as a soul means learning to shift out of pattern, and into Presence.
